At Goated, we stand behind our quality, but if your fit isn't legendary, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label sent to your email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
